Tonya’s Forever Hearts is a 501c3 organization and the foundation created in her honor, while her life and experiences helped shape the values behind Banners Loving Care.
A Legacy of love, Dignity and Compassion
At Banners Loving Care, we believe every individual deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, compassion, and genuine care.
That commitment is deeply influenced by the life of Tonya S. Brown, a loving young woman who faced significant health challenges throughout her life. Despite those challenges, Tonya graduated from high school and enjoyed singing, traveling, spending time with her family, and bringing joy to those around her. As her health declined, she required greater support and spent more of her later years at home with the assistance of her family.
Tonya lived during a time and in a community where many of the supportive services and opportunities available today were not accessible to her. Her family saw firsthand how important it is for individuals with disabilities and health challenges to have opportunities to connect with others, participate in their communities, experience new things, and live with purpose.
Following Tonya's passing, her life became the inspiration for her family's foundation, Tonya’s Forever Hearts, created to carry her memory and legacy forward.
Her story also continues to influence the heart of Banners Loving Care.

Tonya’s Forever Heart exists to honor Tonya’s life and legacy by extending love, compassion, and hope to individuals and families in need. Our mission is to strengthen communities through acts of kindness, charitable giving, youth and family support, and meaningful outreach that meets people where they are.
Through service, generosity, and community partnerships, we strive to ensure that Tonya’s heart for others continues to make a difference—bringing hope to those facing difficult circumstances, uplifting families, and inspiring others to lead with love.
